PT. Wijaya Karya Distribute Devidend. PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) plans to distribute 2014 dividend of IDR123.03 billion, approximately 20% of 2014 earnings of IDR615.18 billion. The 2014 dividend payout ratio is lower than a previous year of 30%.

 Bintang Perbowo, the President Director of WIKA, explained, the dividend distribution plan has been approved by the company’s shareholders through an Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was held in the WIKA headquarters office in East Jakarta on Wednesday (22/14). “We’re going to distribute 2014 dividend of IDR20.028 per share,” he said. A 80% of the 2014 company’s earnings, or equal with IDR492.14 billion will be recorded as a retained profit for supporting the company’s business and investment in the future. In 2014, the company recorded earnings of IDR615.18 billion, increased by 7.94% compared with a year earlier. It was supported by the company’s sales growth by 14.58% at IDR17.25 trillion compared to IDR15.06 trillion in 2013. Description: PT.
